BRIEF
Develop a campaign to introduce and embed the new Ways of Working (WOW) across the organisation. The goal was to motivate council staff to engage with the corporate transformation programme, with messaging that could adapt to the evolving cross-cutting initiatives within it. The campaign explored the use of WOW as a central hook.

VISUAL LANGUAGE
Focus groups with council management were used to ensure the approach was appropriate for the audience. 
We selected to use a comic style creative. 
Comics have enhanced communication since 1938 by :
• Simplifying complex ideas
• Boosting engagement 
• Fostering memorable, relatable understanding through visual storytelling.
Using a speech bubble is beneficial when discussing organisational change as it visually represents individual voices and perspectives, making the communication more direct and personal.
POSTERS 
A3 posters feature key messages from the WOW campaign in a comic-style layout. They are designed to communicate ideas clearly and engage staff in a relatable, approachable way.
PULL-UP BANNERS
Pull-up banners highlight key WOW messages using bold visuals and comic-style speech bubbles. Placed in communal areas, they provide quick, memorable reminders of the new ways of working.​​​​​​​
DIGITAL SCREENS
Digital screens use concise, dynamic content to reinforce the WOW campaign across council offices. The comic-inspired graphics ensure staff notice and absorb the messages, while maintaining a consistent visual identity.​​​​​​​
