Design Brief
The goal was to create an engaging campaign to promote the organisation’s updated set of company values.
The campaign style was informed by a series of focus groups, where employees expressed that they wanted the values to be clear, simple, and presented as statements for easier memorisation. Employees were then invited to submit words they felt best represented the work they deliver for the council.
The design also incorporates the WeLoveHackney badge, an extension of the existing ILoveHackney merchandise, which had previously received a phenomenal response from both council employees and residents. The campaign visually connects the updated values with this familiar, positively received branding.
