BRIEF
A short corporate animation created to explain the purpose of the Corporate Peer Challenge and encourage council staff to engage with the action plan and supporting resources.
The animation was designed for a wide internal audience across all council services, helping staff understand upcoming organisational change and its impact on the Council’s culture and operations.
THE CHALLANGE
The key challenge was translating complex corporate language into visuals that feel clear, relatable and easy to understand, without losing the seriousness of the message.
CREATIVE APPROACH
A modern 2D illustration style was chosen, combining simple graphical elements with human figures to keep the visuals inclusive and relevant to a broad audience.

COLOUR
The animation uses six colour schemes from the branding colour palette.
TIMELINE
MOTION & SOUND
Movement is subtle, with light bounce animation used selectively to keep the piece engaging while allowing the content to remain the focus.
The voiceover features a council staff member reading the script, supported by gentle instrumental music to create a calm, cohesive flow throughout the animation.
